WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Leverage Your Network: Use your connections to identify and engage new clients and business opportunities.
  • Consultative Sales: Understand client needs and collaborate with our experienced recruitment team to deliver the best talent, ensuring every client’s expectations are exceeded.
  • End-to-End Sales: Own the entire sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, closing, and maintaining relationships—while enjoying complete autonomy in how you approach the process.
  • Build Long-Term Partnerships: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their goals, culture, and hiring needs.
  • Work Independently & Collaborate: Work independently with confidence while staying closely connected to the team, sharing updates, and driving results through our CRM.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to drive sales and close deals, with a strong network to leverage.
  • Self-Starter: You’re an independent go-getter who takes initiative and thrives in an autonomous work environment.
  • Relationship Builder: You have strong communication skills and you know how to connect with clients and maintain strong, lasting relationships.
  • B2B Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales, IT, or consulting is a bonus, especially if you’ve worked with headhunting or IT outsourcing solutions.
  • No Competitor Conflicts: We’re looking for someone not involved with competing headhunting, IT staffing or recruitment firms
