We are looking for a Tendering Engineer to support our growing project business (Biogas/Biomethane Plant Solutions) in Poland!

In this role, you will play a key part in preparing competitive bids and supporting the sales process from the very beginning. As a Tendering Engineer, you will be involved in projects from the early sales phase, working closely with the sales team, engineering and design team, and internal tendering team.

Your main responsibility is to prepare accurate and high-quality cost calculations and tender documentation for industrial projects. You will act as a technical support function for sales, contributing to both budgetary and formal tenders, and ensuring that all relevant technical, commercial, and contractual aspects are considered.

YOUR ROLE 
  • Prepare cost estimates and tender calculations for industrial projects

  • Support sales during customer cases from the initial stage

  • Analyze tender requirements, contracts, and technical specifications

  • Identify and assess risks related to pricing, scope, and contractual terms

  • Produce high-quality documentation and tender materials

  • Collaborate with internal engineering and design teams

  • Participate in supplier and subcontractor RFQ processes

  • Contribute to building and developing local subcontractor networks

  • Occasionally support technical clarifications with customers

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FROM YOU
  • Experience in estimation, tendering, or project cost calculation

  • Understanding of industrial processes and technical systems and strong technical mindset (role is heavily engineering-focused)

  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and project requirements

  • Experience with public procurement or tendering processes is an advantage

  • Knowledge of Excel-based calculation tools is required, experience with 3D/4D design tools is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines under pressure

  • Good documentation and written communication skills

  • Strong proficiency in English and Polish (both written and spoken)
