1. Scope
This policy explains cookies and similar browser technology used on reqruitz.com in English, Finnish and Swedish. Necessary technology supports delivery, security and a service requested by you. Optional measurement remains blocked unless the exact service is enabled on the current website and you have made an informed choice for its purpose.
2. How choices work
The website uses a reQruitz-managed consent interface instead of the former Webflow tarteaucitron setup. Rejecting optional services is as easy as accepting them. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer, change your choices and withdraw consent at any time. A changed optional-service inventory invalidates the earlier choice and requires a fresh decision. If no optional service is enabled, the website does not show a consent banner and the settings panel states that no optional measurement service is active.

Website, forms and security
Vercel delivers the website. When the employer contact form is enabled, Vercel processes the request, Neon stores the controlled service record and Cloudflare Turnstile verifies abuse-prevention signals. Adobe Fonts supplies the Aktiv Grotesk web font. These services are not optional audience measurement. The contact form and its retention are described in the Privacy Notice.
4. Optional analytics
Cookie settings lists the exact optional services enabled in the current build. Vercel Web Analytics may process minimized page-view and fixed contact-event data for aggregate site measurement. Vercel Speed Insights may process real-user web performance metrics. Both are blocked until analytics consent, receive only same-origin paths without query strings or fragments, and are excluded from career, vacancy, email-preference, administrator and API surfaces. Candidate data and contact-form values are never sent.
5. Google measurement and advertising
Google Analytics 4 may be enabled for minimised website measurement only after separate production approval and verified provider and retention settings. The current Cookie settings inventory identifies whether it is enabled. Adding GA4 invalidates the previous choice and requires fresh analytics consent. Until that consent is given, no Google tag is loaded and no Google request is sent; rejection or withdrawal stops further measurement. GA4 receives only allowlisted events and sanitized same-origin page paths, never candidate data or contact-form values. The existing GA4 settings retain event data for two months and user data for fourteen months, with user retention reset on new activity. These settings govern measurement after activation and consent. Google Ads remains disabled. Personalized advertising, remarketing audiences, enhanced conversions, Meta and LinkedIn advertising tracking remain outside this release.
6. Teamtailor boundary
Vacancies link to the separate reQruitz Teamtailor career service. Teamtailor controls its own cookies, consent interface and Cookie Policy. Teamtailor application cookies and applicant data do not enter the reqruitz.com consent record or website measurement.
7. Your controls and rights
Use Cookie settings to review the services enabled on the current website and accept, reject or withdraw each available purpose. Browser deletion may cause the site to ask again. For personal-data questions, see the Privacy Notice or contact Kasper.Kullberg@reqruitz.com. You may complain to Finland's Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
8. Verification and changes
The browser inventory must be checked again on the production domain after publication. A material change to a provider, purpose, category, identifier or duration must update the runtime notice and this policy together before the service is enabled.
