Product Manager, Vensum Power

We are now looking for a Product Manager to join the Vensum Power team!

You will play a key role in connecting technology, markets, and customers while driving application strategy and commercial growth. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of power electronics, product strategy, and business development in a highly innovative growth company.

About the Role

You won't inherit an existing product portfolio. You'll help define it.

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in deciding which products Vensum Power develops over the coming years, where our technology creates the greatest value, and how it should evolve to meet market needs.

You will work closely with customers, partners, product development and the leadership team to identify high-potential application areas, define product requirements and build a roadmap that connects technical development with commercial opportunities.

Your decisions will directly influence which products we develop, which markets we enter and how we scale globally.

To succeed in this role, you will combine deep technical understanding with strong business acumen, commercial thinking and customer-facing capabilities.

This is not a traditional product management role.

You'll work directly with strategic customers, define entirely new product concepts, influence technology roadmaps and help shape one of the most exciting power electronics companies in Europe.

Your Responsibilities

• Own product strategy from concept to market

• Build products together with strategic global customers

• Translate customer needs into breakthrough products and solutions

• Drive product portfolio decisions and development priorities

• Influence Vensum Power's broader company and commercial strategy

• Identify and prioritize the most attractive application areas and market segments for Vensum's technology

• Develop a deep understanding of technical and commercial requirements in power conversion applications

• Define customer challenges and quantify the value created by Vensum's solutions

• Create, maintain and communicate product and application roadmaps

• Drive technical sales discussions and solution definition with customers and stakeholders

• Produce market analyses, competitive assessments and business cases

• Support customer, partner and investor communication through clear technical and commercial messaging

What we are looking for

• Strong hands-on experience with power electronics products and applications

• Solid understanding of power conversion technologies and their real-world applications

• Ability to engage in both deep technical discussions and commercial conversations

• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills

• Proactive and highly self-driven working style

• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to create clarity in complex situations

• Genuine interest in customers, markets, and business outcomes

• Sales-oriented mindset and commercial thinking

• Relevant technical education

Experience in product management, technical sales, business development, product roadmapping, or application engineering is considered a strong advantage.
